Welcome
Thank you for your year 2008 registration
to Freestate Swim Club. It is our goal to provide you
with a safe and friendly environment to enjoy this summer.
Membership
Cards
Returning
members If you have your membership
cards from last year please bring them with you on your
first visit to be updated for the 2008 season.
New
members Your membership cards will
be available from the gatehouse on your first visit
to the pool. We ask that you bring your cards each time
you visit, and leave them with the gate house person
when you sign in. This allows us to track peak times
and helps the guards to get to know you by name. Please
remember to pick up your cards as you leave.
Safety
To ensure a safe and pleasant respite
from your busy life our staff tests the pool water and
check the bathhouses regularly. However, should something
occur that you think needs our attention please let
us know. Your safety is our first concern. Guards will
again be enforcing the “rubber pants required
for children under four” rule. Our goal is to
not have to close because of “accidents”.
This is a health issue that cannot be compromised. Thank
you in advance for your cooperation.
Guest passes
This year guest passes are available
in advance, through the end of June only, in books of
six passes for $25.00. That means if you buy five passes
you get one free! They may be used at any time.
New phone number
The pool phone number will be 410-335-9988
from May 26th to September 3rd. Before and after those
dates please use 410-335-4646. Check the gatehouse for
upcoming events planned throughout the summer.
Closings
The pool will close in the event of thunder
and lighting, consistent rain, or temperatures less
than 70 degrees. If in doubt call for an update.
Again, we strive to make this a pleasant oasis away
from your hectic life with your safety our number one
concern. We hope to see you often! By the way, if you
like us tell others, if not tell us. And
wear your sunscreen!
